The Cran-Merry Lineup (3 NEW DRINKS)
What’s in it? Sweet orange or lemonade base, tart cranberry, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut milk.
For the first time, Starbucks is introducing a blend of sweet orange, tart cranberry, and warm spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The Cran-Merry Orange Refreshers are infused with green coffee extract from unroasted arabica beans, shaken with ice and real cranberries.
The coffee chain will also be launching Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refreshers, which are basically lemonade with the festive flavors of cranberries and spices.
The Cran-Merry Drink is the third option from this lineup, and it is the Cran-Merry Refresher blended with creamy coconut beverage for a tropical twist on the Starbucks holiday drink.
The OG Peppermint Mocha
What’s in it? Starbucks Signature Espresso with steamed milk, rich mocha sauce, and peppermint-flavored syrup
The Peppermint Mocha has been a holiday staple at Starbucks for more than 20 years, and for good reason. It’s a blend of the signature Starbucks espresso, steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup, topped off with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.
Now, if you’re familiar with Starbucks mochas, you’ll know the mocha sauce leans toward a semisweet chocolate flavor, so the drink doesn’t come across as overly sugary, even with the added peppermint. Honestly, it’s one of those drinks that I can sip on without feeling like I’m going into a sugar rush—despite the rich chocolate and peppermint mix. I’m personally super excited to see it back on the Starbucks holiday menu.
Caramel Brûlé Latte
What’s in it? Starbucks Signature Espresso, steamed milk, and rich caramel brûlé sauce, topped with whipped cream and caramel brûlé topping.
The Caramel Brûlé Latte is back, bringing that rich, buttery caramel flavor to the Starbucks holiday drinks menu.
For those who prefer a lighter twist, I’d recommend trying it with blonde espresso shots and soy milk. The blonde espresso, which is roasted for less time than Starbucks’ signature espresso, gives the drink a more delicate, almost floral flavor while still packing a bit more caffeine per shot. Personally, if I’m ordering this one hot, that’s my go-to combo!
Chestnut Praline Latte
What’s in it? Starbucks Signature Espresso with steamed milk and flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices
The Chestnut Praline Latte has always held a top spot among my holiday favorites. To me, it tastes like a richer, more refined version of the classic toffee nut, with a warm, nutty profile that’s a little like stepping into a cozy Yankee Candle store, so I’m really excited to see this back on the menu!
It’s heady and comforting, especially with those spiced praline crumbs on top that add just a hint of crunch. I think Starbucks may have adjusted the flavor a bit from past years, but if this is your first try, you’re in for a treat—it’s a blend of caramelized chestnuts and spices that truly capture that festive, seasonal vibe.
Iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte
What’s in it? Sugar cookie-flavored syrup with Starbucks Blonde Espresso, ice, and oat beverage, topped with red and green sprinkles.
The Iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte has been my go-to since it first hit the Starbucks holiday menu—honestly, it’s my most ordered beverage this time of year. I always get it with oat milk, which, to me, makes it even smoother and creamier, balancing out the caramelized chestnut and spice flavors in a way almond milk just doesn’t. The sprinkles on top aren’t my favorite part (I’d be fine without them), but the drink itself is spot-on for those nutty, rich flavors that are perfect for the season.
Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai (Dairy-Free)
What’s in it? Warm chai spices with creamy oat beverage and ice, topped with nondairy gingerbread-flavored cold foam and a spice topping.
Chai enthusiasts are going to love this one! Returning for its second year, the iced gingerbread oat chai combines warm chai spices with creamy oat milk and ice, topped with non-dairy gingerbread-flavored cold foam and a spice topping.
